After interviewing several agents, we chose Renee to be our sellers agent. We had several showings initially, but then realized a big problem; she was extremely difficult to remain in contact with. There was no feedback to us from prospective buyers. Phone calls went unreturned. We had one public open house, but her office failed to advertise, and after rescheduling was very poorly attended. The only communication we had with her had to be initiated on our end. Who knows what her sales efforts consisted of. We cant blame her for the market, but she could have done so much better with feedback and communication.
