With over 3 million in sales in her first year of business, Renee' Storms has proven to be a rising star in the SWFL real estate world. Born in GA, she has lived in SWFL since elementary school and possesses an expert level understanding of the area. These roles have allowed me to contribute to environmental conservation and youth development, causes I am passionate about. Local Events and Initiatives: I regularly participate in local events and community initiatives, from neighborhood clean-ups to charity fundraisers. Engaging with these activities helps strengthen community bonds and support local causes. Educational Outreach: I am passionate about education and often volunteer at local schools and community centers, sharing my knowledge of real estate and financial literacy. I believe in empowering the next generation with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Supporting Local Businesses: As a local business owner myself, I make it a point to support other local businesses. I collaborate with local vendors, participate in business networking events, and advocate for the growth and success of our local economy. Family Involvement: My family and I are active participants in community life.   • Outside of my professional life, I am an avid enthusiast of outdoor activities and wellness practices. Here are some of my hobbies my family and I enjoy all outdoor activities including beach, fishing & paddle boarding. Oh and I love yoga and was a cake artist while my kids were younger. My newest favorite thing is making sourdough bread. YUM!!

Family

  • Family is incredibly important to me and plays a significant role in my life. I am a proud mother of five wonderful children, with three grown and out pursuing their own amazing paths in the world, and two still at home, attending school. My husband and I cherish every moment we spend together with our family. We love being active and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as beach outings, fishing, paddle boarding, camping, and surfing. Yoga is another passion of mine, helping me maintain balance and well-being amidst our busy lives. In addition to our love for the outdoors, I have a passion for baking and creating elegant custom cakes and other delectable treats and sourdough bread. Sharing these special moments and activities with my family brings us closer and creates cherished memories. My family's support and love are a driving force behind my commitment to my clients. Here are some key pieces of advice to help ensure a smooth and successful sale: Understand the market, set the right price, enhance curb appeal, stage your home, make necessary repairs and updates, work with professional realtor, market your home effectively, be flexible with showings, negotiate wisely and prepare for the closing proce.ss

      3) What types of clients have you worked with?

      I've had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of buyers and sellers, including first-time home buyers, seniors, those relocating, and investors. My experience covers properties ranging from $200,000 to $1,000,000.

      4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

      One recent transaction that I'm particularly fond of involved helping a young couple purchase their first home. They were relocating to the area for new job opportunities and were unfamiliar with the local market. From the beginning, we established a clear understanding of their needs and budget. We toured several neighborhoods, and after a few weeks, we found a charming home that checked all their boxes. The property was in a highly competitive area, so I guided them in crafting a strong, competitive offer that included a personalized letter to the sellers. Our offer was accepted, and we moved on to the inspection and appraisal phases. During the inspection, a few minor issues were identified. I negotiated with the sellers to address these concerns without delaying the closing process. Throughout the transaction, I maintained open and regular communication with the couple, answering their questions and easing their anxieties. On closing day, seeing their excitement and knowing I helped them start this new chapter in their lives was incredibly rewarding. This transaction stands out to me because of the trust we built and the joy of helping them achieve their dream of homeownership.

      5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

      My journey into real estate began with a deep-rooted passion for helping people and a love for the dynamic nature of the housing market. Growing up in Southwest Florida, I witnessed the area's growth and transformation firsthand, which sparked my interest in real estate. After spending several years involved in nonprofit organizations such as Boy Scouts of America and OneTree, I realized my true calling was in guiding people through one of the most significant investments of their lives—buying or selling a home. With a strong commitment to service and community, transitioning to real estate felt like a natural fit. I joined the top brokerage in Southwest Florida and immersed myself in learning everything I could about the industry. With the support of a fantastic team and my background in service, I quickly found success. My first year was remarkable, achieving over $3 million in sales, and I haven't looked back since. Today, I continue to approach each transaction with the same enthusiasm and dedication, helping my clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and ease.
