We had Renee help us in both the buying and selling of our home in Ishpeming. When we bought the house (2018), we did everything over the internet as we lived in Illinois and were purchasing the house for our daughter to go to school. (We did schedule showings of several homes before we chose one, so we did walk through it before we purchased.) She took care of everything for the closing so we didn't have to make an extra trip up as we had so much going on. Then, when we put the house up for sale after our daughter's graduation in 2021, she came out, gave us the skinny on the market and sold it within a week. She adapted very well to changes that have happened within the market which allowed us to get things done quickly and with little issue. I would highly recommend her to both buyers and sellers as we have had the experience of working with her from both sides of the coin.
