About Renee Marshall

Renee Marshall is a long-time resident of Baldwin County, Alabama. She primarily sells residential properties and land on the Eastern Shore and surrounding areas. In 2022, Renee earned the designation of "Eastern Shore Specialist", this makes her an expert in assisting her clients whether buying or selling. Understanding the dynamics of the real estate market, Renee is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decision for their needs. As a homeowner herself, she understands that a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime. Knowing that buying, selling and/or relocating can be stressful, Renee strives to alleviate these concerns for her clients. She strongly believes that a real estate professional must be educated and informed to provide the level of service and protection her clients deserve. Renee is a "tech-savvy" agent that utilizes innovative internet marketing and search techniques. Renee's strong work ethic has followed her from her past careers in the nonprofit sector and lastly in the Radio Pharmaceutical Industry. Today her strong business ethics continues as a member of Baldwin Realtors (BR), Alabama Association of Realtors (AREC) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in addition to the Baldwin Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She has apprenticed with some of the industry's top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. Renee feels passionate about community involvement and giving back. Previously she served as the committee chair for the Baldwin Realtors Professional Development Committee, a committee that she continues to serve on as well as serving on the Board for the Baldwin Realtors Foundation. Renee enjoys organizing community events and donations for local groups and charities. Renee and EXIT Realty are proud supporters of Habitat for Humanity and to date EXIT Realty has raised over $2.25 million dollars for the charity and built 15 homes. In her free time Renee enjoys visiting the beautiful beaches of Baldwin County, spending time with her children along with their friends and family, traveling and interior decorating. The first time I met Renee, she was just starting out. She helped us with a showing, and we ended up buying the home! Our experience with Renee was such that we asked her to list our recently passed mothers home. Renee created a list of items for us to follow, to get the house up to date. One by one, we completed the list of improvements. Within a month, Renee had it listed and sold for $20K over our goal price! SooooaEUR|We asked her to sell another house. Once again, she moved it fast! She had a buyer before she even had a sign up in the front yard! And once again, she brought a higher price than I had hoped for. We now had a river front lot that needed to be sold. Renee sold this lot for us in under a month, and got us our asking price. By this time, I'm a big fan of her knowledge and professionalism. SoooooooaEUR| When it came time to find a home for my special needs brother, of course, I went to Renee. And it was THIS experience that cemented, in my heart, Renee, as the ONLY realtor I will ever go to in the future. Final analysis, Renee has helped me with 5 homes/properties. She has outperformed the market on each transaction. And on top of that, shes an absolute jewel! A grand slam home run!

Renee was very instrumental to us finding our house. We had a Condo deal go bad at Orange Beach due to a hurricane and only had 10 days left on our paperwork would expire. We decided to stay in Fairhope and ask Renee to assist and explained our short deadline. Renee went above and beyond tot make sure we saw several houses a day and communicated daily to keep us informed. We found our house 5 days later and are still there today. Renee is simply the best!!
