Renee helped us buy our first home in 2018. Before meeting Renee, we had so many questions and didnt really know where to start. But as soon as we met her, the process no longer felt daunting. She was patient and kind whilst answering all our questions, she was attentive to fully understand what we were looking for and her expertise and experience never missed the mark. She was available and always punctual. When we finally found a home we loved, she did not miss a beat to ensure our offer came out on top and we closed on the home. After we purchased the home, she still made herself available 100% of the time; guiding us on certain things we needed, to get established and settle in as new homeowners and this never changed over the years. Fast forward to 2023, 5 years later, we were ready to sell the same home and move out of state and we did not think twice about reaching out to Renee. Once again, she was very attentive to us and gave us great insight into what the housing market looked like at that point. She gave us honest opinions & factual available options, never pushing her own thoughts. She took it upon herself to have a stager stage our home to increase our chances of selling our home faster, she took the financial responsibility of helping us get certain things done in preparation of putting our home on the market. We needed a few things done around the house to ensure our home was in great condition when selling and upon request, Renee referred some great workmen to us, who we did use, and they all did a fantastic job. We eventually moved out of state (Renee found us the agent we used in buying our home out of state as well) and we trusted Renee to help us complete the selling process as we were no longer physically in Colorado and she did not disappoint, not even a tiny bit. The selling process went very smoothly, she ensured all the is were dotted and ts were crossed. We would work with Renee again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises.
