I have used Rene Kramer now for 2 home purchases in Charleston and 1 sale. Rene is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Rene knows the market, real estate processes, real estate law, and the mortgage process. Rene is amazingly responsive - responding any time I call or text and always available for showings, whether it was a house I was selling or interested in, or just to visit comps as we prepared to go to market. Rene's knowledge of real estate and the law enabled her to come up with a creative solution for a complicated sale that I doubt many other realtors would have been able to solve. We were very happy with the support from Rene and her team when we purchased our home in 2019. We were living out of state at the time. She arranged visits for us via videos and when we were in town we saw several houses in a short amount of time. She was quick to help get any questions answered we needed help with and she facilitated a good price for us on a one-year old home. We would definitely use her again for future needs. We appreciate the monthly mailers to let us know how the market is doing and tips on how to negotiate home prices or other items related to the sale of a home.
