One thing in particular that helped was that she has experience in the mortgage lending business, so she was a great asset in answering any and all questions we had about each stage in the home-buying process. She was great working with the sellers (as ours was just one of the many offers for our home), and really advocated for us and worked as hard as she could to help get our offer chosen. We never felt like she was rushing us, as she meets you at whatever pace you would like to go. We ended up with the perfect home for our needs and in our price range, and I can not recommend Rene highly enough.

We had an issue with a bad appraiser, and Rene went above and beyond fighting to get our appraisal redone so that it was accurate and truthful. We had issues with closing dates as well and she fought hard trying to get everything done quickly and accurately.

She listened to everything I was looking for in a home and worked diligently to look for them and contacted me right away when she found one I might like. She answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me understand the process. When we found the house I really wanted she wrote up an offer that evening and was in contact with my mortgage processor so it could go as smooth as possible. Also,when she was showing me the property she even looked into the crawl space to make sure it wasnt wet. What realtor does that!!!!!!! I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very pushy about her opinion on every aspect. She just seemed like she wanted to rush the process right long. We were trying to make sure, we take the right steps to sell our house and include the right information by doing that we wanted to look at the work she did before submitting on Zillow. She didn't communicate that she would be stopping by and putting a for sale sign in the yard just yet. Then she later that day after asking we could meet up with her on Friday evening because my husband and I both have busy schedules cant both meet her until later in the evening. She said she can't do that because she had a dinner date and decide to post the photos we told her not to post put the wrong information out on how many bedrooms this house has. Basically, from the start, I had to write the information for her about this house on what to include and how to market it. She just didn't seem liked she cared that this was a wonderful house its, not something you just throw around and put on the market without looking over your work or taking some time to talk things over. We needed this house to sell and what she was doing she was just not caring about who owned it and how it was taken care of. She was being straight unprofessional about it. Then we called her head person and he's aware of the mistake she made and has asked us to come in so he can apologize and cover his end on not getting in trouble for unprofessional actions and business that has come out of this process.
