Rene Hills exceeded my expectations when I needed to sell my family's property recently. Rene was able to obtain all of the information needed to sell the property. Rene went to visit the property and take pictures the day I called! Rene Hill is extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find a buyer quickly. My fiancA(C) and I were first-time home buyers, and I could not imagine a more smooth home buying process. One thing in particular that helped was that she has experience in the mortgage lending business, so she was a great asset in answering any and all questions we had about each stage in the home-buying process. She was great working with the sellers (as ours was just one of the many offers for our home), and really advocated for us and worked as hard as she could to help get our offer chosen. We never felt like she was rushing us, as she meets you at whatever pace you would like to go. We ended up with the perfect home for our needs and in our price range, and I can not recommend Rene highly enough.

Rene did a great job negotiating and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had an issue with a bad appraiser, and Rene went above and beyond fighting to get our appraisal redone so that it was accurate and truthful. We had issues with closing dates as well and she fought hard trying to get everything done quickly and accurately.
