ZillowVERIFIEDCan't say I know what RenA(C)'s negotiating skills are (probably very good) since I offered full price on my house. She was dual agent on the deal and I think she served both sides very well; there was good will all around. As for other traits, I saw first hand that all the 5-star descriptors matched her skills. Beyond that, she was fun to work with. It always felt like she was totally committed to make everything work right and to take care of me as I wandered through, and quite quickly, the purchase of my new home. Of course, it was in her interest to make things go smoothly and fast to close the deal. But I never felt any rush or pressure. So, despite how busy she is she gave off the vibe of taking time and care all along the way. I'd love to work with her again. But, alas, I think I will like my new house too much to move any time soon!
