My biggest client is a past client referral. I am fortunate enough to have a trustworthy client database, my raving fans, who entrust me with all their family & friends. Over the years I have worked with many 1st time home buyers who eventually upgrade with a sale and purchase to bigger homes. I have helped over 300 families successfully sell their homes in my career, big or small, luxury to modest to a complete teardown. My investors have added sound & profitable properties into their own portfolios. Sellers, buyers & investors alike have all influenced the growth of my business over the past 17 years.

It's hard to chose one as they are all different & unique in their own way. The best part is that each transaction is a connection with either a new client or a past client with a new goal. No matter the client, realizing the clients needs, their time-frame, formulating a plan & then putting it all into action is the fond memory of each .... that journey from the starting point to the finish line and beyond. My biggest take away each time is the smiling faces at the closing table, the wonderful testimonials and turning my business relationships into lifetime connections. I love what I do and embrace each journey in a special way. One day I hope to write a book !

I begin my Real Estate career 16 years ago, one month after losing my job due to the September 11th attack. I worked as a VIP travel consultant for a large company on Long Island. Most travel ceased in the company post 9/11 and for the 1st time in my life I found myself without a job. My husband and I invested in properties, I jumped to get my license and never looked back. I joined Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates brokerage and dove into the million dollar market of the north shore. My family moved the Capital District area in 2003 where are begin to rebuild my business locally. My company is training & coaching based. From classroom training, to masterminding, to national events, I am able to tap into all sources of education for my business and personal growth. Being in the top 5% of my company I am a member of the ALC ( Associate Leadership Council ) & Mastery Coaching. I volunteer my time to help successfully grow my market center & teach fellow agents all aspects of real estate, weather they are just getting started or looking to grow their business. Learning & growing is a regular agenda in my business and my life !
