Before putting my nieces condo on the market, I researched which real estate agents had experience in Arlington and specifically in the Windgate condos. When I sent out my emails, within minutes of hitting the send button, I had a call from Renata. She quickly put me at ease by explaining how she worked, what her fee structure was, and with real input on what the market was like. The next day she visited the condo and explained everything she would do for us before putting it on the market. Although we were inclined to spend as little money as possible and not do anything to update the unit, she assured us that it would be well worth it to aEURoeput on some lipstickaEUR? as she put it. In a matter of weeks she had arranged for clearing the remaining furniture out, repainting the entire unit, replacing some key light fixtures, completely replacing the leaking second floor shower, and cleaning the back patio. After this was done, she had the condo staged, videoed, and photographed. It looked fabulous! She listed the condo, had an open house, and got two solid, above the asking price (4%) offers. Mind you, she listed it higher than we expected. The cost of the aEURoelipstickaEUR? was far less than the amount realized in the sale. From the moment she first called to the closing, including a last minute sinkhole that had to be fixed the day before the closing, was an amazingly short 11 weeks. Renata is a passionate professional. She clearly loves what she does and she is really good at it. She was in constant communication throughout the process. We never felt bamboozled or talked down to. I cant recommend her more highly.

Renata was absolutely wonderful in selling my father's N. Arlington home and helping us buy a new condo for him in Alexandria. I first reached out to Renata because my father wasn't sure if he wanted to sell the house on the open market or to a developer. She helped us understand the pros and cons and get a realistic picture of what work was needed to get a good price. She was incredibly patient with my father, who was quite anxious about the whole process. She brought in handymen, painters, and stagers, getting the place ready in record time.
