I gave up during these trying COVID times and decided to let the home go to a short sale. Then one day I take a call just to tell the person to stop calling. That was Rena. She kept me on the line when I just wanted to hang up. She convinced me to raise the price $20,000 to what she thought the market warranted. She took a few weeks longer than her first estimate but in the end I got $10,000 over my previous asking price and avoided a short sale, a short sale was what she said she could also do if that was needed.Professional, helpful, determined, went the extra mile or 10, and a real pleasure to work with. All that and she did something I was convinced could not be done. I truly liked being wrong because it was so right.
