1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Choose a Realtor whom you feel comfortable with, really listens to you and communicates well and that you feel has your best interest at heart. Never waive the inspection!!!

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Sell when you have packed up most of your personal stuff. No clutter, no sentimental belongings, have your realtor help you stage your home for photographs and tours- makes all the difference in the world. And clean the air vents and light switches on walls and no spider webs anywhere

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

A lot of first time home buyers, investors, those who have recently retired and are choosing where to spend the next era of their life

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I was helping a first time homebuyer couple and they had three children and we went and looked at houses every day for about 2 to 3 weeks and this included the children in the car so the mom and the dad would take turns going at each house we probably submitted about 12 to 15 offers won 3 of them but went with ultimately one obviously and it was so rewarding because I feel like I am a part of their family and we went on a journey together and one that bonds you in a very unique way and I will continue to work with that family for different real estate needs and it was stressful but it was also a good time- very memorable.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started doing hospitality consulting and brokerage in 2016 so was in commercial RE, specifically hotels, for first few years before switching to residential which I love because i’m a relationship oriented person and residential real estate is exactly that!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have my Masters in Psychology which helps in every aspect from understanding clients to negotiating to effective marketing. The study of human behavior is essentially what makes the world go around and understanding more of it and why people do what they do provides valuable insight and has a lot of advantages.
