ZillowVERIFIEDReilly was my buyer's agent for a home we recently purchased. I have bought/sold at least 10 during my lifetime. Reilly was without a doubt better that any agent I have hired, and I have had some super agents. I was under a time crunch to view, and make an offer on a house the same evening that I called him. Reilly drove from Bellevue to Des Moines and met me at 6 PM to look at the house. He even returned the next day at 6 PM to show us another house. Since we were in a time crunch, Reilly had two offers drawn up so that we could submit an offer that night, which he did. Reilly bade a bold offer and had facts to back up the reasons why we offered what we did. There were several obstacles that he navigated through that I thought were deal killers. Trust me, Reilly is very good at what he does. He always answers his phone, I never got a voicemail. He kept me posted every step of the way and closed a super deal with no counteroffers. He even dropped off a nice "House Warming" gift. (No, it wasn't a cheap bottle of wine or a Home Depot Card) It was something practical that I will use daily for many years. I'm serious, if you are looking for an agent to sell or buy a home Reilly is the one.
