We wanted to sell our house quickly so we could relocate to a property we recently purchased. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

We're in the midst of the craziest real estate market we've seen -- get an expert in your corner that will fight for you and navigate the process with ease!

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Don't leave money on the table. iBuyers and discount brokerages will try to convince you that their services offer the best bang for the buck. Quite the contrary. Most are riddled with hidden fees. Talk with me more to find out how you can get an actual top dollar price for your home.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I'm proud to have served clients from all walks of life and from all over the world. I love working with first time buyers, out of town buyers, and those across the entire spectrum of price points.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently had a client that was faced with the unexpected task of selling their mother's estate home. It was an emotional experience as the grief was still fresh and lots of memories were a part of the home that they were now selling. I was proud to have been a part of the process with them. While it was certainly filled with a lot of bumps in the road, it was satisfying in the end to hand the keys to a wonderful first time buyer and allow my seller to walk away with a feeling of relief and satisfaction.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started in real estate in late 2017 after a successful but stressful and long career in the world of corporate consulting and change management. I've always loved problem solving, innovating, and working directly with those that have specific needs. Real estate seemed like a natural fit and I'm proud to say that it turned out to be exactly that!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I am a Strategic Pricing Specialist, which means that I have additional training beyond my real estate license that helps me to navigate the tricky but important process of accurately pricing properties. I use this to not only benefit my sellers but to also help my buyers have an idea of the true value of a home they're interested in -- both now and as well as the potential value down the road.
