I usually never write reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to. Its the third time Ive used Reginas services. The first time was in 2017 when I was selling my house in West Haven, CT. I had another real estate agent who listed my house too high and then wanted me to take a low offer, cutting the price by a third. This agent insisted that it was the best offer I could get. I found Regina online and called her just for an opinion. She took her time, talked to me and explained everything thoroughly. When the prior agents contract ended, I hired Regina. She listed the house at the price I wanted, and it sold in three days with multiple offers. Regina really listens to her clients and understands the market well. Two years later, Regina helped me rent out my fathers house. After that, she recommended a property manager who managed the property for me. It was critical, because I currently live in another state. Most recently, I sold my fathers house with Reginas help. The professional photos and captivating description sold the house in about a week. I highly recommend Regina Sauer.
