As a professional real estate agent, one of the most gratifying rewards is being part of making buyer's and seller's real estate goals a reality. My name is Regina Castro Morales or RCM Realtor, and I proudly serve the Inland Empire community with smart, strategic, and innovative real estate services. Born in Managua, Nicaragua to Nicaraguan parents and coming to the US just shy of 1 year old. I have been living in Southern California the majority of my life. Prior to pursuing real estate full time, my background was in Customer Service and Public Service, working with the City of Fontana and later working with the non-profit organization Making Hope Happen. A foundation that awards college scholarships to high school seniors in San Bernardino. I have dedicate time to cultivating young minds as a mentor with the same organization and as a Substitute Teacher for the Ontario-Montclair School District and Upland School District. Serving my community has always been a part of who I am and a personal motivator. I have an Associate's Degree in Communication, and Bachelor's Degree in Human and Organizational Communication. My true passion for real estate began when I saw the need for a trusted source that could guide my community through the complexities of this industry. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Reach out to a professional to help you with a game plan. Buying a home is very case specific and you won't know where you stand until you meet with someone to break down what you need to reach your goals.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Be realistic and open to your agent's objective feedback. Selling a home requires work, getting your home ready for a sale is crucial in getting the most out of the sale.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I primarily work sellers and first time home buyers but do not limit myself. I am open to work with anyone who is open to working with me.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Real Estate was always something that i was interested in but seemed too complicated. The more i learned about it, the more i believed in the great benefits it offers to families and individuals. I wanted to be that trusted source for people that felt or feel the same way (intimidated) of real estate and be their guide. I am excited to help people reach their American dream of owning and beyond.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have years of Customer Service experience and two degrees in Communication Studies. With me you will never feel ignored and I will work diligently to make sure you feel empowered throughout the whole process.
