1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Contact a full time licensed realtor like myself. I have a plethora of experience and a vast network of professionals to ensure the homebuying process moves seamless and efficiently.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Consult with a local professional realtor. I will provide the seller with strategies for pricing in the current market conditions. Also, what options/ideas will bring the most return and offer the most curb appeal and WOW factor.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time homebuyers, job relocations, double sided(buying a home while selling their home), investors, estate sells, court ordered divorce sells, and many more.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently represented a buyer who had been working with another agent for over a year. They were not satisfied with the service they received and had been putting in offers only to not get accepted. Once we began working together, the client had an offer accepted after just 2 seperate showings for less than list with a home warranty.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
While purchasing my first home, I became very interested in the process of viewing homes and analyzing the properties. I then began to listen to others to hear how real estate started them on a path to financial independence. I wanted to be able to provided this service to everyone I met!
