About Regan Van Kerckhove

I have extensive experience working with buyers, sellers, and investors. A native Cincinnatian, I was raised in Montgomery and still reside there today. Integrity is the cornerstone of my business. Regan is the fourth realitor I have dealt with and is by far the best prepared to deal with all situations. She provided important insight into what needed done with the home, when to list, and helped with contacts when work had to be done. She encouraged a prelisting to raise awareness, the day the listing went live we were packed with showings. First showing at 9am and under contract by the afternoon.

Regan was a pleasure to work with during our home buying process. Honestly if it wasn't for her we wouldn't have found the house we will now call home. She took us to see multiple properties and while we were at one that wasn't going to well she offered to run us by another in the neighborhood. It was a house we had seen online but really weren't interested in it from the pictures. She told us that since it was right around the corner and we definitely weren't interested in the one we were at why not at least swing by since we had extra time. Turns out it was the perfect home for us and we put an offer in on it that day. I highly recommend Regan for any of your real estate needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and will fight for you if need be.
