My husband and I have used Fernando to buy our first home, sell it, find a rent house and a builder for our new construction house (in a span over about 5 years) and I cant say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgable, helpful, and most importantly patient ( we must have looked at 30 houses before we bought our first one) always prompt to respond to phone calls or emails. One of my best friends is a realtor and I still will not use anyone but Fernando.
