About Rebekah Lindsey

Top Producing Agent Year over Year As a Raleigh native, I am blessed to consider myself one of the few to be both born and raised in this great city. I have a degree in Interior Design from East Carolina University and spent 10 years in the design industry specializing in kitchen and bath design and remodeling as well as custom home design. My decade spent in the interior design field allowed me to actively learn how to listen and interpret my client's wants, needs, and ideas in order to turn them into reality. In addition, I became accustomed to working with a lot of moving parts in a high paced industry where thinking on your feet and behind the scenes work is vital to ensure a smooth process and transaction. I apply these same principles in helping my clients buy and/or sell their home. I believe there is more to real estate than simply finding a house - my goal is to find you a home. Every client is unique and brings their individual tastes and desires to the table. Therefore, I strive to accomplish these main objectives while advising you: ensure that your new home fits your wants and needs, that your current home is prepared to showcase its best self, that your transaction is negotiated and presented professionally from start to finish, all while keeping your financial goals front of mind. Where do I begin in describing my awesome experience with Rebekah and David? I will hit the highlights but it would take more than a couple paragraphs to express my true gratitude for what Rebekah, David, and their lending team accomplished. My husband and I were not optimistic about home ownership, and it was not going to be a slam dunk, not even close, particularly in such a competitive market. I didnt have bags of cash like investors did to just throw down and I refused to overpay for a home so I had dismissed home ownership as a possibility. My husband and I started looking just to get an idea of what we wanted, should the market turn anytime soon. Rebekah and her team never made us feel like we were wasting time and always did research and offered suggestions without being overbearing. One day we looked at a home that we loved and Rebekah put together an offer that was not as strong as some considering our limitations. Her work behind the scenes and creativity of constructing a competing offer based on flexibility and accommodations in lieu of a ton of cash worked, and my husband and I were able to buy a home. I have an entirely new appreciation of real estate agents due to this experience. They are worth it and I would absolutely use Rebekah and David again in a heartbeat. Thank you Rebekah!!
