Rebecca is incredibly patient, professional and knowledgable about the real estate market in the DMV area. She helped us navigate a very tricky COVID market, helping us find a dream home that we didnt think was possible. (She also sold our condo last year in a building where nothing was selling- for over the asking price.) Shes very responsive and works harder than anyone I know. Rebecca was great from beginning to end. She spent a couple hours with me during our first meeting answer questions I had about selling my home and explaining in detail how she would work to get people into my home and help me get top-dollar. At Rebeccas suggestion, I did end up making a few updates to my home before listing it, and Rebecca had great contacts of people to help get the updates done at reasonable prices. The two open houses that were held were very well attended, and I had an excellent offer within 2 weeks of listing. During the offer process and on to the day of closing, Rebecca was always available with any questions I might have. I couldnt recommend Rebecca Weiner more highly. She was a delight to work with and worked hard during the whole process.
