Becky coordinated the estate sale, obtained quotes from repair contactors, and selected the most qualified. She also scheduled the labor and monitored their progress, making adjustments as needed. Becky went far and above with these upgrades, suggesting modifications to the kitchen island and even picking out the countertop material and color. The kitchen was the show piece of the home. After the upgrades were complete, she aggressively marketed the home with many open houses and showings.
