Rebecca far surpassed my expectations during the sale of my mother's home. She provided concierge-style services, even when selling a modest home. I've sold a few houses and have yet to work with as helpful and willing an agent as Rebecca. Our sale was complicated as I don't live in North Dakota, so I had to rely on Rebecca to meet various parties (i.e., cleaners and donation centers) at the house in my absence. She did a great job staging, photographing, and marketing the home, as well as helping to coordinate the clearing and cleaning of the place, understanding my constraints of not being local. She walked us through the whole process and made sure we understood everything and were comfortable with moving forward at each step. She made sure to start with asking us what we wanted in a house and then set up a house search specifically catered to us so we could look through the various houses that had those features in our price range and decide which ones we wanted to view. She would also respond to inquiries immediately or at most within a few hours. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to make sure the process goes smoothly! When we had an issue come up with our lender, she worked with our lender for us so we could clear the hurdle. She is fantastic and we would highly recommend her.
