My fiance and I were first time homebuyers and Hailey was great at walking us through the process and making sure we felt comfortable along the way. We had loads of questions about everything going on and Hailey was very quick to respond to us and either answer our question or quickly put us in contact with the right person to talk to (loan officer/insurance agent/ etc.). We regularly spoke with our friends and family about how glad we were to have Hailey on our side. She regularly made a point to tell us about issues she noticed with houses we were looking at to make sure we had all the information we needed before making our big decision. She also did a great job negotiating the price and conditions for the home we ultimately bought. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Tallahassee area!

Rebecca handled two transactions for us of some size. First, as a buyers agent she was fantastic. My wife and I are both trial lawyers and trusting anyone to handle a transaction for us was difficult. I learned very quickly that Rebecca know a heck of a lot more then I did, and I could trust her to provide me with great advice (and keep me from doing anything stupid). She was honest with us at every house we saw. She told us when we should not consider buying a house because of issues I did not see until she pointed them out. She communicated with us almost daily and her response time could be measured in seconds. She was a walking encyclopedia of information on the cost to replace or fix things which made it very helpful to instantly size up the "value" of a house and compare it to the list price. She got us into a house premarket and because of her expertise I was able to make an offer on the spot. We got the house, and likely saved $100,000 (the house appraised for far more than what we paid for it... in this crazy sellers market!). When a very complicated issue arose on the other side of the transaction She instantly jumped in and rode the bank, contacting them multiple times a day until the issue was resolved.... and it wasn't even an issue on our side of the transaction! She did what needed to be done to get the deal closed. Of course, after that, we used her to sell our house. I did not even have to think during this process. She had an offer for more than what I wanted within a few days. We did not have to list it. She took care of arranging all of the repairs that needed to get done so I could focus on other things.I did not know Rebecca before these transactions, but I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone.
