We absolutely loved working with Rebecca! Purchasing a home sight unseen from a great distance was, conceptually, a little unsettling in the beginning, but Rebecca was so thorough and knowledgeable about the local area, the inspection process, structural concerns, local business experts available to fix any concerns, and always willing to get her flashlight in the hard to see areas to make sure we knew what we were moving forward with. We had friends in the area whom she welcomed along on our virtual walk-throughs and so we all felt like old friends when we were finally able to meet in person and see our new home. Rebecca knows how this process works and made sure that we were protected and educated every step of the way. And now, almost a month after closing, we know we can always reach out to her for a reference or question and she is still available. That is quality customer care and great relationship building!
