All you fantastic, amazing, hard working realtors, congratulations but now get in line behind Rebecca who is the absolute best of the best!! I dont even know where to begin with this super woman!! She happily showed me homes before I was even in a position to buy and promptly answered all my questions and assured me I was not wasting her time. Currently homes are on the market for a while, which I was expecting, I was wrong! She sold it quickly and for what I had hoped to get. She went above and beyond putting out a directional sign along with her sign and utilizing social media. She had the home professional measured by an appraiser for accuracy (because thats who she is) and at her own cost. She put a couple beautiful flowerpots out front and even swept the walk way, front of the house and back patio when listed and again before showing. She brought a diffuser from her home doing all she could to create a welcoming environment, it workedaEUR|.the first buyer that looked at it, bought it!! She quickly answered all questions, provided in writing all the info I needed + and took care of every detail for me. Then we bought another home, again, diligence, quick answers and hand holding every step of the way. Rebecca did more than an outstanding job helping us sell our house. We moved over 1000 miles away before the house was put on the market, thus Rebecca dealt with all details from that distance.
