She worked for 3 months prior to our arrival on the island to vet potential purchase candidates and host aEUR~remote tours. She had did such a good job with us previously, we contacted her to help us find another property when we decided to move back to Kauai. She found us exactly what we were looking for. A fixer upper with tons of potential. Unfortunately, we were having difficulty finding a lender to give us a loan as the property that needed so much work. Reba found us the lender and we got the project we wanted so that we can remodel the property to become our Kauai dream property.
