About Raymond Vazquez

Raymond J. Vazquez is a Broker Associate with Truman & Co. A native of Key West and a 2005 Key West High School Graduate, Raymond has a deep familiarity with the colorful nuances of Key West's and the Florida Keys' many neighborhoods and cultures that only a lifelong local could acquire. This unique experience, nearly unheard of amongst the many realtors operating in Key West and the Florida Keys, has made Raymond one of the most successful and sought after real estate brokers to represent luxury sellers and buyers. In 2015, Raymond was nominated in the Second Annual Key West People's Choice Awards for Best Realtor-- no small achievement considering the surfeit of realtors operating in the Florida Keys. I had my home on the market for 6 months with another realtor. Never got one fair offer. About 9 months later, I decided to go with Raymond Vazquez. He was professional and knowledgeable and we discussed a price. I can not believe how fast my home sold. Also for more than the asking price! Now I needed to purchase something.
