Dave was actually the sellers agent and my agent was a good friend of mine. Dave negotiated very hard for his seller which I didnt like but I am working with Dave to rent out 1 of the properties I bought with him representing the seller. He is very professional, responsive and goes out of his way to help you even after the deal was done. For example- Couple of times, I needed him to open the place for optimum or plumber or electrician and he would go open the place and stay there. I would highly recommend Dave. Most realtors go in witness protection program after the sale is done.
