Raymond's Bio Raymond Siddell is a distinguished REALTOR(R), Business Owner, and esteemed community leader, with a lifelong connection to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As the co-founder of the 360 Home Team at Keller Williams Legacy Group, Raymond has played a pivotal role in shaping the real estate landscape in his community. His commitment to excellence and dedication to his clients have earned him a reputation as a trusted expert in the field. Raymond's commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond the transactional realm. He has been elected onto the Cedar Rapids Area Association of REALTORS(R)'s Board of Directors for two consecutive terms and currently serves as its president and serves as the co-chair for the diversity, equity, and inclusion task force. In addition to his service at the association level, at Keller Williams Legacy Group he serves on the Agent Leadership Council and oversees the diversity, equity and inclusion committee. Raymond is also set to assume the role of vice-chair of the Risk Management Committee at the Iowa Association of REALTORS(R) in 2024, demonstrating his industry-wide leadership. Raymond's passion for giving back to the community is evident through his various nonprofit leadership roles. He proudly serves on the Families Helping Families of Iowa board of directors as an at-large board member committed to helping Iowa's children in foster care, the chairman of the Cedar Rapids Board of REALTORS(R) Scholarship Fund annually awarding more than $30,000 to local high school and post secondary education students, and is the visionary founder of Together We Achieve, a grassroots organization born out of a disaster and dedicated to fostering positive change and community unity. Outside of his professional endeavors, Raymond resides in Center Point with his partner, Matthew, where they lovingly raise four wonderful boys. We were selling our home in Iowa and at the same time purchasing a home in Florida. So timing was everything. We needed a quick sale, but also needed to maximize profit. And once the house sold, we needed to move.Ray started by walking us through the process, ensuring we knew what each step would be. He provided recommendations throughout to help make it as painless as possible. His knowledge of the Real Estate in our area and of the market possibilities allowed us to set a good price for our home. And then he took care of all of the details. He said aEURoeMy job is to take stress off of youaEUR?. And that he did well. He answered all of our questions. Usually we got a hold of him, but if we missed a call he always called us back quickly. We always felt like we were a priority.Included with his services were professional photos of the house. Ray and the photographer works with you to setup each room to get the best possible shot. The resulting photos were incredible and looked as if they could have been in a Homes and Garden Magazine. Ray was always willing to help and let us know how he could. When we needed contractors to complete work we could not do, he provided contacts that did a great job at a fair price. He helped with the scheduling and he personally followed up. When we were rushing to get out of the house in time, and were busy cleaning, packing and hauling trash out aEUR" Ray showed up and helped by taking some stuff to Goodwill for us. That is just two of many examples we could provide.The result for us was immediate buyer interest. House sold very quickly.
