To say Ray Maldonado is a good realtor is like saying Michelangelo was a good painter. I mean, its accurate - but it doesnt even scratch the surface. After 5 years working with him and buying up a storm in Parkchester, Ive come to the conclusion that a better word to describe Sting-Ray is cyborg. Why? Because: He. Does. Not. Stop. He will hunt down every possible opportunity for his clients, he will be relentless in negotiating your best interest, and he will close the deal. Period. Of course, he excels in all other aspects - hes knowledgeable, honest, loyal, and fun to work with. But his work ethic is what propels him to the top of his field. Dont believe me? Call him at 6:30am on a Sunday, or at 11pm on a Tuesday. If he picks up on the first ring (which he WILL), do what I do: HIRE HIM!
