Our selling experience was the worst experience in my life. If it weren't for Ray, we would have had a fun family trip with a homicidal theme. The guy buying our house couldn't get his paperwork or money together. We could never get in touch with his agent. Ray was the light and professional touch we needed to get the opponent to comply with his contract. It took an additional week to close our house. If not for Ray, we would have been housed in prison for losing our patience.
