Not his fault or our fault it just somehow ended in junk files because of the 4 years that had passed. We did look at a couple of properties during a Spring visit but the follow up was not consistent and then things got confusing with changes in realtors. On a subsequent visit this Summer, we were there for R&R and by chance we decided to attend an open house in an area that we had some interest in.
