Raylene did an incredible job! She was very knowledgeable about the fun things like house styles, as well as the things things to look out for. For example, she knew that the house we were considering was built in the 60's, and suggested we get an Orangeburg inspection (which ended up coming back positive, and she negotiated a better price because of it). She was responsive, able to answer all our questions, and handled all the little details so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
