I have been renting for the past 20+ years and decided to just look into buying but wasnt sure of anything yet, since I hadn't been approved with a lender.. Ray took the time to sit down with me one on one, even bought my coffee, and listened to my situation and how we could make something work. After talking with him and then the lender, I was shocked at what I was actually approved for, so we got to looking at properties within just a couple of days..
