My husband and I just bought our very first home of course we were hesitant with how the market is going but I wanted to put our experience out there and leave everyone with something positive! We worked with Marlana Montgomery she was literally the best realtor and I say this because we worked with someone else for a few months and that unfortunately did not work out. I just wanted to let yall know its okay to find a different realtor if your current one isnt fitting your needs which is exactly what we did and we moved forward with Marlana ! As a first time buyer we of course had many questions and she was always so quick to answer all of them and always had her best interest in us all while being a military wife herself and a momma of 4 I honestly dont know how she does it we always had her attention which is wild now that I know how busy her life is she was always so nice and kind and gentle and thorough on explaining every step of the way of the home buying process. With her incredible negotiation skills she also was able to have our closing costs paid for and some extra things which was incredible that I never guessed we would be able to even achieve within this market but she did it ! PCS season is stressful but she took care of a lot of things for us like booking our inspections etc. she also had all the local utility companys handy and gave me phone numbers to everything I would need honestly shes god sent and couldnt be anymore perfect !
