My job is to steer you clear of the pitfalls by providing advice and making sure all the paperwork is completed and filed in timely manner allowing you to focus on the excitement of your new life ahead. In addition I have surrounded myself with affiliate professionals I can recommend to assist you in the mortgage process, provide you with building inspection services, and other services. The individuals share my customer focused no nonsense approach to their respective crafts. We will respect your wishes and desires but will not simply tell you what you wish to hear. We all have the heart of teacher and will take the time to explain to your satisfaction any concept or situation you don't understand. In my case I frequently find myself "playing devil's advocate" with client in order to steel their resolve in moving forward, or help them see pitfalls ahead with their intended course of action. As a buyer or seller you need answers to important questions as they develop. As a licensed Principal Broker I will probably have the answer. If I don't have the correct answer at hand, I leverage technology so that the sun rarely sets on an open question. As a listing agent I believe that feedback is one of the most important services an agent can provide.
