Randy is not only a very professional realtor, but a wonderful person all around. The process doesn't stop at the boundaries of his job, but he will go above and beyond to help in any way he can. We saw a property on Zillow and contacted Randy, as he was the listed realtor. He may have already been home and finished at that point. Nonetheless, he drove to the property and called us back in 20 minutes. From that point on, whether the process was smooth or there were some hiccups along the way, he communicated with us religiously. He took initiative to resolve problems that weren't created by him. For example, he located additional resources needed to repair a gas line. The whole buying process took approximately two months. We were moving from Florida to Pennsylvania. When we finally met in person, Randy came to the airport on Christmas day to drive us to our new home. Christmas day! Two hours driving back and forth for a couple who bought a home and couldn't find a ride, since it was Christmas! But wait, there's more! Since it was Christmas and no businesses were open, Randy gave us some incredibly tasty homecooked food! We were beyond impressed with his kindness and willingness to help! His kindness extended more than I can write here, but we will never forget how welcoming and genuine he is! If you ever have a chance to work with him or someone else, choose him every day and twice on Sunday, you won't regret it! Thank you, Randy!
