RANDY, (and HIS TEAM) were very convincing to me, to utilize their services of another real estate company, as I had decided that after 3 failed attempts prior to going with RANDY, I had decided that I was going to attempt doing a FOR SALE BY OWNER. RANDY was able to visibly show me how a VITUAL TOUR, (In addition to ALL OF THE TRADIONAL EFFORTS in Real Estate marketing) would attract and enhance the perfect buyer for the property I was offering...I told him I would try his proposal and if there were no results within a certain amount of time, I would continue to go with my FSBO sales marketing. Well, in a few short weeks RANDY had a buyer and was actually a HANDS-ON representative for me in pursuing ALL OF THE ADVANTAGES he could mustard up on my behalf!
