Although I've known Randy for most of my life, when my wife and I first decided to sell our second home I contacted a different agent that had been recommended to me by a family member who is a broker. I sent an email and text and never heard back. After waiting a couple of days I looked at the great reviews Randy has here on Zillow and sent him a text message. I heard back from him about 15 minutes later and met him at our home about an hour later. I found all of the communications from Randy to be very prompt, even during a week he was on vacation and we had to negotiate between a couple of offers. This was a tremendous help.Randy helped arrange for some painting and clean-up work and was helpful in recommending what we should fix and what we should not bother fixing. Randy worked hard in showing the home and kept us informed of buyer interest, etc. When we accepted an offer he helped us very much in negotiating with the buyer who ended up being a bit difficult. We got past that by looking at the "big picture" with Randy helping a great deal in that process. We also let Randy pick the escrow agent so that we would not run into problems there and his recommended escrow officer did a great job for us.We would readily use Randy again if the need arose and recommend him highly.
