Randy was very knowledgeable when showing me homes, explaining how to spot some basic things when looking around like window seals and how light would fade certain areas before others. He also explained how certain years of building brought along certain design choices. Once my offer was accepted he fought tooth and nail for me. Contacting the seller's team without me even having to ask most of the time when there were issues. Was a great experience for a 1st time buyer and I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
