Let me tell y'all about Gena here! This woman is AMAZING, no, PHENOMENAL at what she does! I'm a first time home buyer so I was real nervous about the whole process. I had a HORRIBLE experience with my first lender, but she made it as if it were just an annoying gnat. Gena made me and my partner feel so welcomed and heard. We're a black lesbian presenting couple and she never batted an eye at it. She just did her job and more. She made sure we knew what we were doing, understood all the terminology, kept us on our deadlines, and connected with us on our struggles throughout the process.
