Let me tell y'all about Gena here! This woman is AMAZING, no, PHENOMENAL at what she does! I'm a first time home buyer so I was real nervous about the whole process. I had a HORRIBLE experience with my first lender, but she made it as if it were just an annoying gnat. Gena made me and my partner feel so welcomed and heard. We're a black lesbian presenting couple and she never batted an eye at it. She just did her job and more. She made sure we knew what we were doing, understood all the terminology, kept us on our deadlines, and connected with us on our struggles throughout the process. Gena did all the communicating and hard labor. We barely had to lift a finger. She was also very professional, well mannered, kind, understanding of minority struggles and lingo (never had to code switch for the duration of our partnership), met us halfway each time, accommodated for tricky situations, and was the best dang realtor ever. If you want something done right for all your home buying and selling dreams then this is the fairy godmother you need at your side. You won't be disappointed or unheard. You will be taken care of and will have a lovely time!
