If you want someone whos going to get you the place you want, Rand is the guy! Someone who is transparent in every step of the way. Rand will guide you to success in the entire process of the home-buying experience. Hell make sure to answer all of your questions clearly and accurately. Rand went above and beyond with us by getting things done. On day 1 of the inspection window, he had a plumber ready for us. On day 2, he had the inspector out on site. His inspector was also top notch which mirrors the kind of realtor Rand is! I would highly recommend Rand and would be delighted to work with Rand again.
