1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
As a realtor, my advice to buyers would be to prioritize their needs and requirements for a property. It's important to make a list of must-haves, like the number of bedrooms, location, and budget. Also, consider your future plans and how the property fits into them. Additionally, conduct thorough research on the market and the specific neighborhood you're interested in. Lastly, be patient and don't settle for something you're not truly excited about. With careful planning and a clear vision, you'll be well on your way to finding the perfect home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
As a realtor, my advice to sellers would be to prepare their home for a successful sale. First, make necessary repairs and improvements to attract potential buyers. Staging your home can also make a big difference in creating a welcoming and appealing atmosphere. Additionally, it's important to set a realistic asking price based on market research and comparable sales in the area. Promote your listing widely, including online platforms and traditional advertising methods. Lastly, be flexible and responsive to potential buyers, and consider their offers with an open mind. With proper preparation and strategic marketing, you can increase your chances of selling your home quickly and at a satisfactory price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I love to work with relocation clients, maturing clients in transition , 1 st time home buyers, Vacation home buyers and Police/ Miitary clients are very close to my heart given my 18 year history of Law Enforcment.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I truly enjoyed working with my client Ellen who is widowed and maturing. My clients goal was to relocate to Austin , Texas to be closer to her children. I listed her home in beautful 55 and up Sun City Anthem Commuity in Henderson, NV. The home had an accepted offer within 10 days. Ellen experiened VIP service and successfully closed on her home and is now made the transition to Austin , Texas. I value all my client relationships and love making dreams come true.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I obtained my Real Estate License in NY in 2004 . At that time I held a Masters Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University. I have a passion for helping others and getting into Real Estate fullfilled my vision for my future. I obtained my Associate Broker license in NY and in 2017 , I relocated my family to Henderson , NV to continue my Real Estate Career with pride. I love to help my clients live their best lives and handle all transactons with a Genunine Approach.
