Rammi is the best professional I?ve ever worked with. He?s knowledgeable, diligent, responsive (my texts/emails were always responded to within minutes), and courteous. He is a real deal maker with high caliber, yet personal and friendly. Rammi is well versed with the market in different locations, the pros and cons, school district, transportation and even where to eat. He was also able to highlight areas of concerns so that there would be no surprises, e.g., mansion tax in NJ vs NY, estimated costs for building a swimming pool or finishing a basement. He also has a good grasp of seller?s and buyer?s psychology. For every house we looked at, he never pushed us into making offers for houses we marginally liked; instead, he made sure we?d indeed love making it a home before proceeding.
