Ramez Tabri did a fantastic job helping us sell a home! We had a hard deadline for selling a residential home that was 76 years old and had not been maintained properly by my elderly parents. The house would be sold aEUR~as is since it would take too long and cost too much (in the 6 figures) to fix. During our initial meeting, Ramez outlined a pricing and marketing strategy tailored to our situation. He was very professional and exactly the realtor we were hoping for. Ramez communicated clearly, was immediately responsive and completely focused on helping us meet our goals. He shepherded us through all aspects of selling the home, ensuring every detail was handled promptly and appropriately. Ramez recommended and scheduled inspections, launched a cutting edge online marketing campaign, staffed two open house weekends, fielded inquiries, made sure we handled disclosures properly, discussed offers with us and connected us with an excellent escrow officer. His counsel throughout was invaluable. The house was on the market for 12 days, had 90+ visitors, 9 offers, and closed 10 days after the offer date - meeting our deadline with a week to spare.
