Well, we just closed on a newer, bigger home and the entire experience was everything we remembered from the prior experience. George Guarino has a gift of making YOUR home buying experience more like OUR home buying experience. His excellent knowledge of Tampa gives him an advantage over other clowns who claim to deliver. In fact, he's gotten to know me and my wife so well and what we're looking for, George was the one who found this place we just bought. I had a list of places to visit, my wife had a list of places to visit but George used his experience to check just 1 place out that he knew would satisfy us both and we bought it and we love it. I refuse to use any other agent... particularly here in Tampa. Whether you're a first time buyer or an experienced mogul, you'd be doing yourself a favor and time by just asking for George. In a few years I'm probably going to upgrade again. I know who I'm gonna call... you should too.
