Rama is amazing! We were looking for a house in the Santa Rosa area, which has become an extremely competitive, hot market in Spring 2021. First, let us say that we had referrals to three local agents who we contacted about representing us as home buyers with specific requirements and immediacy. One realtor followed up right away, but they were not going to be able to help us in the area we were looking in. We did not have satisfactory follow up from the other twoaEUR"they didnt seem to understand we were truly ready to buy quickly. So, when we found a house for sale on Zillow that we wanted to tour, we clicked to be connected with a buyers agent and we received a phone call from Rama within two minutes! She arranged to show us the house the following day. After some overnight deliberation, we decided not to make an offer on that house. A couple days later we asked her to arrange a tour of a second house. She contacted the sellers realtor and found out offers were due in 10 minutes from the time we contacted her, however, Rama was able to get a brief extension and arranged for us to tour the house two hours later. We ended up making an offer immediately after touring the house and after some negotiation it was accepted. To accommodate the sellers, we agreed to a very short closing period, which proved stressful due to the delay in our lender finding an appraiser. Rama guided us through the process with many suggestions and strategies to help us meet the deadlines. She was in constant contact with us by phone, email, and text messages. There wasnt a day that went by where she was not communicating with us multiple times. She was also on the phone to appraisers and our lender to make sure everything was moving appropriately and expeditiously. Whether we texted her at 7am or 10pm, we always received an immediate response. We successfully closed on our house on time! Rama is very knowledgeable about all real estate aspects and local market conditions. We would not hesitate to use her in the future and highly recommend her. She is an absolute dream to deal with!
