We signed the listing contract on a Wednesday and two days later we had our buyers. Ralph arranged for a videographer to make a Vimeo of our home . The videographer that Ralph chose was professional, making some excellent suggestions, and he was a fantastic videographer. Ralph took my phone calls promptly and handled the transaction smoothly. Ralph is the agent that sets the bar that all other real estate agents should strive to be. He is truly an expert in his field and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand every step of the process. He is a true advocate for his clients and his main concern was that I was in the right home not the right now home. Ralph began working with us on the sale of our home the summer prior to us putting it up for sale. We discussed several cosmetic modifications we were looking to make to our house that we thought would help us sell quicker, as well as the current market conditions of Freehold Borough & the outlook of the market.Ralph insisted that we take our photos with a photographer he recommended prior to us emptying it and relocating. What a difference that made.
