My experience was 3.5 up to 4 Racquel is very knowledgeable but I didnt feel she had my best interest at heart. I would recommend her with this understanding that you must have legitimate legal representation to have your best interests. There were a few things that I didnt obtain during this transaction which I was very disappointed. However overall it was definitely a 3.5 or 4. I did explain my frustration with her and we disagreed. FYI legal representation is your responsibility not your agent.

She answered my many questions patiently and offered extremely thoughtful advice many times during the sale. Late one Friday afternoon she even drove across town to retrieve a set of house keys!
